From September 17 to 18, the 23rd Annual Conference of China integrated circuit manufacturing (cicd 2020) and Guangdong integrated circuit industry development forum were held in Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone.       The annual meeting is guided by the electronic information department of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China and China Semiconductor Industry Association, hosted by the integrated circuit branch of China Semiconductor Industry Association and hosted by Huangpu District Government of Guangzhou. Focusing on the theme of "enabling manufacturing industry and expanding large clusters", the annual meeting carried out a series of activities such as Summit Forum, seminar and round table exchange.       At the opening ceremony, the founding ceremony of Guangdong IC Industry Association and the launching ceremony of Guangdong intelligent sensor Industrial Park were held. Liyang chip was elected as the director unit of Guangdong IC Industry Association. At the same time, Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone issued a number of measures to promote the industrial development of intelligent sensors in Huangpu District, Guangzhou Development Zone and Guangzhou high tech Zone (hereinafter referred to as "20 smart sensors"), releasing policy dividends for the development of intelligent sensor industry.

      Wei Shaojun, vice president of China Semiconductor Industry Association and professor of Tsinghua University, once again expressed the industry authority's affirmation of the independent value of testing in the IC industry chain.

      In recent years, Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone have focused on tackling key problems of core technology and industrial innovation and development, and concentrated IC innovation resources. At present, there are 1000 integrated circuit professionals in the region. Guangzhou Research Institute and Graduate School of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology have settled down in the area, focusing on microelectronics, information communication and other key disciplines, and will train 2000 graduate students in three years. In terms of high-quality carrier space to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone plan a 5 square kilometer integrated circuit value innovation park in Zhongxin Guangzhou Knowledge City, focusing on the layout of integrated circuit manufacturing projects. Guangzhou core building, located in Guangzhou Science City, has gathered more than 20 IC design enterprises such as shengsiwei.

      The Pearl River Delta region is an important electronic machine production base and the main integrated circuit device market in China. At present, it is developing rapidly. The integrated circuit industry in Guangdong Province covers the front-end R & D design, back-end packaging test and application of the industrial chain, and attaches great importance to the development of regional integrated circuits. As a leading enterprise in the domestic chip testing industry, Liyang chip will continue to base itself on Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and link with the Yangtze River Delta to contribute to the development of China's semiconductor manufacturing industry!
